If you wish to book a Finland tour made available through the Service ("Booking"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, home address, phone number, email address and your credit card information.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Cancellations Made by the Customer:
30+ Days Before Departure: Customers who cancel their booking 30 days or more before the tour departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee of $50.
15-29 Days Before Departure: Customers who cancel their booking between 15 and 29 days before the tour departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
14 Days or Less Before Departure: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour departure date are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations Made by the Company:
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or other safety concerns, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
Non-refundable processing fees:
Costs associated with optional activities or add-ons not included in the standard tour package.
Any non-refundable expenses incurred by the customer, such as visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@love2tour.online or +358 10 421 8850 / +358 10 421 9965 with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In special cases, such as medical emergencies or bereavement, please contact us as soon as possible, we may offer a full or partial refund outside the standard policy terms at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
